this was a raw film about “el barrio” / east harlem when the big cats were are the helm of their careers. I am talking about legends such as Hector Lavoe, Larry Harlow, Ray Barretto, Cheo Feliciano y muchos mas…. I caught a little bit of the leftover of this movement in the mid and late 90s. A relic worth watching for all those latin music lovers.

This site is pretty cool. It allows you to create playlists and share them with your friends and public. What I don’t know is how they get the rights to so many songs…. they must have a deal with the right holders… very impressive as most of the tunes i searched for were free to listen to and to download.
